It’s time for the Christmas Country Fair
The much anticipated annual ‘Fair with Flair’ is scheduled for 30 and 31 October, at Collisheen Estate.
Organisers of the Fair, Michelle Blake and Sue Rowland, are thrilled to welcome many new vendors to the line up of 125 stalls.
‘The new stalls have been carefully selected to add a wider variety to the products on offer at the Fair,’ explains Michelle.
Sleepwear from Luna Blue, Willow and Ruby’s room fragrances, Coastal Style clothing and décor and Angel Soft shoes are a few of the exciting new stalls to look forward to. Old favourites like Wendy Bashford’s clothing, Rosehip’s fabulous raincoats and umbrellas and Popinjay’s printed linen will be on offer again.
The Christmas Fair Fund stall promises to be a highlight at the Fair. The creative team has been hard at work, handcrafting trendy black, white and natural Christmas wreaths, crackers, decorations and advent calendars. The focus is on sustainability, recycling and re-using. The members’ iconic Christmas cakes and puddings will feature as well.
Don’t miss the Delish Sisters’ harvest table for lunch, the Juice and Gin Bar, the designer coffee station and the bespoke cupcakes from Slice Bakery.
Payments this year will be by credit card, Zapper or SnapScan. Cash will only be accepted by food vendors. This decision was made to limit the cash changing hands at the Fair because of security reasons.
Tickets at R60 are available online on Quicket, or at the entrance. Children under 12 are free. The price includes a cup of tea or coffee and a treat.
