One of our absolute favourite Easter recipes!! All of the flavour, none of the guilt…

 (Who could resist?!)
{Ingredients (makes 4- 6)}
4 Cups Milk (or dairy free alternative)
2 cups Ice
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
4 Tbsp Honey
1tsp Vanilla Extract
{Optional}
Organic Dark Chocolate for decoration
Organic Coconut milk
(Everything you’ll need for your cup of frozen chocolatey deliciousness!)
{Method}
Optional whipped Coconut cream
Store coconut milk in the fridge for 24 hours. Open the tin and use the removed lid to strain out all the coconut water. You should be left with only the beautiful thick cream. Whisk this with a squeeze of honey and a drizzle of Vanilla essence. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking. Place in fridge to thicken, whilst you get on with the other ingredients.
Chocolate Decoration
Melt half a slab of Dark chocolate in the microwave, 30 second at a time, stirring until smooth. Drizzle the mixture around the inside of the glass to create a beautiful pattern. place in the fridge.
Frozen Hot Chocolate
Put the first 5 ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and fluffy.
Remove the decorated glass from fridge and pour in the drink. Pipe or spoon the whipped Coconut cream onto the top and sprinkle with grated Chocolate.
