Everyone’s raving about these amazing stacked smoothies that have been doing their rounds on Social Media lately… Foodie husband and wife team Steph and Grant do drops offs to Lifestyle Health store at the Lifestyle Centre every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning, Tash B Pilates on Thursday afternoons and at Linc Church on Sunday mornings. They do different flavours every week! Today’s was layers of blueberry, banana and coconut, with cashew, mango and vanilla, and almond date and banana. SO GOOD!
