I Love Ballito reserves the right to withhold the placement of an advertisement and to cancel a live advertisement at any time. Should I Love Ballito be prevented from starting or continuing with an ad campaign for whatever reason, I Love Ballito will confirm that in writing ASAP!

I Love Ballito accepts no liability for losses arising from omissions, failure to publish, publication of ‘wrong’ material, typographical errors or any mistake or error of whatever kind if the ad is provided by the client. The onus is solely on the advertiser to ensure that material is supplied in the correct format. All advertisements are subjected to the approval by I Love Ballito.

Each promotion will be invoiced individually before the placement of the advert. Invoices are payable on receipt.

I Love Ballito reserves the right to with hold the placement of any campaign if all invoices are not paid in full.

Where rates are negotiated based on an upfront commitment to a specified number of insertions, the agreed upon number of insertions must be placed in order to secure the discount. Should insertions be cancelled, resulting in fewer than the required number of insertions being placed, rates will be adjusted and billed accordingly.

All graphics material – complete or for designing – must be submitted by the advert cut off date.

Invoices will be issued on receipt of advert and payment is then due on receipt of invoice unless otherwise arranged. Overdue accounts will incur interest and handing over of debt, to debt collectors is at a 20% additional cost.

Once a promotion has been agreed on, no cancellation can be accepted.

All art work is to be provided in high quality, with all fonts embedded. Material can be sent by email to your sales representative or to the allocated designer detailed by your sales rep in high resolution PDF or JPG format. Incorrect advertisements may be modified to accommodate design size.
