The award-winning Butcher Block Group is delighted to announce the opening of their latest franchise branch, Butcher Block Sibaya, which will officially launch on Thursday, 24 October 2019 at Sibaya Casino. This astounding news comes shortly after the group was approached by Sun International to tender for the site and it’s already creating a stir amongst local foodies!

It goes without saying that Butcher Block is “A Cut Above the Rest”, having overcome fierce competition to be awarded the site at Sibaya Casino.

This, in unison with the prevailing, award-winning À la carte Menu, will give customers a vast selection of appetising meals.

The spanking new triple story restaurant is uniquely furnished and guests will enjoy breathtaking views of its surf and turf decor. This makes it the ideal location for a laid-back lunch, swanky formal dinner or you can book various sections of the restaurant for private events or corporate functions.

Butcher Block is known for taking pride in their commitment to quality, sourcing only Triple AAA Grade steaks from one of the top meat producers in South Africa, their trusted supplier, Chalmar Beef. Steaks are served to guests after being matured for a minimum of 21 days. The restaurant also boasts a premium quality Biltong Bar.
