Banana Bread – Fun. Easy. Delicious

If you’re feeling bored with your day during the lockdown and happen to have a few Bananas laying around that are juuust too ripe to eat then we definitely recommend you check out this awesome recipe for banana bread below.

– 3 ripe bananas, mashed

– 1 cup white sugar

– 1 egg

– 1/4 cup melted butter

– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon baking soda

– 1 teaspoon salt


Prep 15 Min – Cook 1 h – Ready In 1 h 15 min

  1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees C. Grease a loaf pan
  2. Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and butter together in a bowl. Mix flour and baking soda together in a separate bowl; stir into banana mixture until batter is just mixed. Stir salt into batter. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean, about 1 hour.

AND PRESTO!! Now you have delicious banana bread to share with your family. Just remember to let it cool for a little before slicing into it.
